1968 Volkswagen Beetle 1300 LHD Saloon , I am truly delighted to offer this exceptional ORIGINAL Volkswagen Beetle for sale , Finished in Ruby Red with contrasting Silver Grey upholstery . Imported from Sweden in December 2017 leaving its 1 owner from new . The odometer reads 22949 KM , FULL YES FULL VW Service history , 122949 KM = 76397 Miles . Original Service book supplied , Specialist service in the UK and four new shock absorbers fitted . The patina upon the Beetle is beautiful with signs of gentle wear to the paint near the door handles and of course 54 years of use but not abuse , It looks like a 3 year old , The original information stickers are intact upon the Beetle , All its seals fittings and even the radio is original , The detail is amazing down to the period "Gerspacher" heater and it works . I threw myself under the Beetle expecting to find some picky niggly bit or repair and I can say its quite amazing , I even removed some under seal and its shiny Ruby Red paintwork appeared ! When a Beetle has been kept like this one , Untouched and loved there are few simple usable period saloon classics that can match them , Cant you tell I love it !! "Keep it ?Sell It ?Keep It ?Sell It ?" If I go out in it again you cant have it so I have locked it away . Turn the key and its away with that classic VW Beetle Twitter and the motor is truly superb, it changes gear like new , Super smooth on the road , Sold to the man who has already bought it !
