1979 MGB Roadster (with overdrive) in Vermillion.
I have owned this MGB Roadster since 2013. When I purchased her she had already undergone an extensive restoration dating back to 2000 and is still a rare rust free example. A box file of history including numerous receipts, tax discs and mot certificates etc. is included. During my ownership she has benefited from the following.
New vinyl hood.
New mohair half tonneau cover.
Full vinyl tonneau.
New full leather seats and head rests.
New carpet set including spare wheel cover.
MG rubber mats.
Fully refurbished Rostyle wheels.
New electronic ignition including plugs, leads, distributor cap and coil etc.
New Mota lita leather steering wheel.
Full rolling road tune up in 2021 by BD Engineering (Newington Kent).
This MGB is 44 years old so is tax and mot exempt.
During my ownership I have maintained her regardless of cost and she has passed every MOT without any advisories. The last MOT expired on the 16th April 2022 but I would be happy to put a new full 12 months MOT on her for any genuinely interested buyer. In my opinion at this price you would be hard pushed to find a better example but I encourage you to view, and welcome any inspection to draw your own conclusions.
