Rebuilt original servo system
New pipes bent around mini shell and subframes. Braided hoses for front brakes
Original front disc brakes rebuilt with new pistons and Green stuff pads. New front discs to match
New rear drum brakes with minifin cast drums.

Suspension:
Original subframes refurbished, sandblasted and powder coated in black
Spax adjustable dampers all around
Original front Top arms, bottom arms and tie bars sand blasted and black powder coated. New bushes hubs and Hi Lo’s with red dot rubber cones. New steering rack.
Original rear Camber/ Toe brackets and radius arms sand blasted and black powder coated. New bushes and Hi Lo’s with red dot rubber cones.
Wheels and tyres:

Yoko A539 165/ 60/ 12
Sand blasted, gloss black powder coated and lacquered. Finished with custom GB centre caps.
Interior:
Original seats refurbished by JCS custom trim. Black vinyl with Aqua piping.
Anthracite moulded carpet from Optimise Automotive
Original handbrake cleaned up with new cable system
New Mini spares torsion belts and 3-point belts in the rear
Custom vinyl dashboard from Optimise Automotive. 3 Clock with radio slot and additional small clock for Smiths dual gauge
Original clocks with white faces and a smith's dual oil pressure/ temp gauge
Steering wheel kept from when first bought the mini (love it!). Custom Wired by Wilson savage switches for lights, heated rear screen, warning lights and fog lights. A Retro components digital clock and USB charger in the ashtray slot in top rail.
Black leather gear knob
JCS custom Trim door cards in black with a central Aqua piping line. DSN classics interior door handle set (holes – Silver)
Anthracite headliner by Optimise automotive
Body and paint:
Original bodyshell, Sandblasted
New Front end panels (Heritage): A-panels, Front wings, Front Panel, Bonnet and Cowl panel inserts.
Etch primer, Seam sealed, weatherproofed/ stonechipped, painted in BLVC60-Aqua with a Piano black roof. Underbody waxoyl.
Black Group 2-wheel arch (ST Arch), Somerford mini, glass fibre with gloss black gel coat.
Exterior:
Minispares Quadoptic Halogen headlamps with Phillips H4 bulbs
Standard rear lights and lenses. Number plate housing black powder coated and rebuilt.

Austin Wavy style grilleFully rebuilt Classic mini with an uprated 1380cc engine. Lovingly restored by myself where no nut, bolt, clip or washer wasn't replaced or restored. It was recently featured in the Sept 2021 MiniWorld magazine with an 8 page article. Since restoration completion, it has done no more than 3000 miles. It has also been kept dry garaged when not in use and the body work is still super clean. I have all the receipts and paperwork from all work/ parts that was carried out over the 3 year period.
