This 1960 panel van has to be one of my favourites, its just so bloody knarly it puts a smile on my face every time I open the unit door. Originally a panel van that was converted by EZ Campers in the States, where it spent most of its life. After many years it was imported into the UK and the transformation began. The side windows were removed and repanelled, it was then fully bare metalled & allowed to age, whilst coated with "Owatrol" every couple of months to protect it & the water literally just beads off. As you can see the body is blessed with its knocks & dents that's its picked up over its 63 years & every one has a story to tell I'm sure. Its had both front & rear safaris fitted & lowered purposefully on dropped spindles and turned rear end. It has a Creative Engineering steering rack & disc brakes up front . New steel wheels with low profile tyres & those super cool commercial wing mirror arms. Now to the fun bit ................. its running a 1600cc with AMR 500 supercharger from Kompressor Haus, facet pump and malpassi filter. & honestly its great fun Step inside the cab & you're greeted by a monster Bugtech Big John shifter & a gorgeous Flat Four black Banjo It has a new Tmi cover on front bench to match the two rear benches, giving you the opportunity to cruise with upto 8 mates. The rear seat is mounted on Z hinges, so coverts down into a bed & the middle seat hasn't been fixed since the new floor has been laid so the new owner can decide whether to face it rearwards, frontwards or to remove it, should you want to add a kitchen unit or simply have more room ? This bus is just so cool & guaranteed to put a smile on your face & only £22995, so cheap too !! We're based near some of the best beaches in the country , so why not make a weekend of it.
