This vehicle is the 86th Short Wheel Base Series 2 Made.
The vehicle is a 1 owner car and was brought new from Williams Land Rover in Manchester where the owner worked. The vehicle carries it original registration number which is VVR 10. It is registered on a new style V5 document and the registration number is transferable. Although this would be a shame after being together for 65 years.
The vehicle has been partially stripped at the front to under go restoration work. Unfortunately the vehicle has lost its original 2 litre engine and now has a 2. 25 diesel. The vehicle is fitted with a fairey overdrive, it also has a power steering kit fitted which will need refurbishing.
All parts removed are with the car including the bulkhead, wings and other body panels. The chassis is solid having already had repairs. The bulkhead will require replacement or extensive repair as it has been modified.
