This 1960 Austin Healey 3000 MkI is an exceedingly smart looking, original right hand drive market car first registered in June of 1960. Fully restored in 2016 this up together car has covered just 10, 000 miles since and is now ready to be enjoyed by a new owner. This Healey, VNR 825, has had just three owners from new.
Finished in Empire Blue Metallic with Ivory Duotone, a Magnolia full leather interior with Dark Navy contrast piping, Navy carpet set, Navy full wet weather gear including roof and tonneau and chrome centre lock wire wheels this Healey is well specified as a original overdrive optioned car.
The 2016 restoration was a comprehensive body-off job with the tub and panels taken back to bare metal, primed and painted in body colour. The car has been fully rewired with all new brake and fuel lines, a brake, suspension and steering overhaul, all trim and wet weather gear replaced with new, all new weather seals and much more.
The very history file includes photographic and paper documentation of much of the restoration and some major specialist servicing in 2023. There is around £60, 000+ in invoices in the history file between present day and 2016.
