We have nearly twenty years experience of working with these amazing cars and we always try and match the customer with there perfect Classic Mini.

We are very pleased to offer a very well presented and rare 1985 Austin Mini 25. Launched in 1984 to celebrate 25 years of Mini production with unique features only fitted to this edition and they have always remained popular. Only 3511 were produced and very few remain especially in this condition. Finished in metallic Silver leaf to represent the Minis Silver anniversary, they had contrasting grey and red side decals and matching velour trim they certainly do stand out from their peers of the era. This 25 has covered 78k in 40 years. It is accompanied with its original Mini 25 handbook and a large service history folder. In 2019 it was lucky enough to be restored at a cost of over £10k which is detailed in the history folder. It is now nicely settled and has a real period fell whilst benefitting from a long list of new parts.
On the road this 25 drives very well. The 998 engine is very smooth and pulls well through the gears. It benefits from having a stage one kit that gives it a useful performance increase and an excellent burble. It sits on a sexy set of Minilite wheels with wider profile tyres making the handling excellent. This model also has disc brakes.
The unique 25 interior is well presented. The flint grey velour seats are in good original condition complete with a 25 logo and I have to mention that the 25 was the only Mini ever to have zip storage compartment and the front of the drivers seat. They also benefit from a three clock binnacle with a 120 MPH speedo and rev counter. This model has Alcantara door cards, red seat belts and a Sports steering wheel. It also benefits from rear seat belts.
This Mini has a very solid shell with the correct vented sills, solid floors, boot floor and as new rear subframe. The paintwork is very well presented and gleams in the sun and is virtually blemish free. It certainly belies its vintage.
We have fully serviced, tuned, checked and driven the 25 and it has a long MOT. It is also eligible this year to become MOT and Tax exempt.
