1966 MGB Roadster that is ready to be taken to shows. The car is in blue with a black interior and it has a black convertible top. It has been extensively been restored over the past 5 years. The body was restored and many new panels added – including new front fenders, new rocker panels, new engine hood and new floor pans. The car was originally blue and now has been painted in a darker GM blue with white racing stripes. Almost all the chrome is new including the bumpers, grill, gas cap, external mirrors and wire wheels. Car presents very well with excellent paint and shiny chrome. Interior all new with new seat covers, new door panels, new carpets, new sun visors and new steering wheel. Mechanics are very good working order. Recent work includes new wiring harness, new electronic ignition, new water pump, new gas tank, new exhaust, new hoses, new fuel pump among others (list available). The engine was reportedly rebuilt by an earlier owner though there are no invoices for that. Engine compression is very good. Car runs and drives very nice and with good power. Trunk and underside are very clean. Tires and the convertible top are new. Overall, this is very presentable early steel dashboard MGB that is ready to be enjoyed. Price $10, 950.
