motodrome offer this very smart 1954 Triumph TR2 (long door)
Chassis number TS1950 is an early rare original UK RHD example, and still retains it’s original registration number.
Equipped with overdrive, brake servo, kenlowe fan, and uprated radiator
Full weather equipment including hood, sidescreens, and full tonneau cover
Also fitted with auxiliary front lights, wing mirrors, indicators, woodrim steering wheel, seatbelts, wind deflector, and luggage rack.
We’re told by the previous owner, who’d had it since 2019, that it underwent a full engine rebuild in 2009 with unleaded head, and that the car itself was fully restored in 2015/ 16
Odometer reading 2000 miles, which from the history is really 102000m
We have a nice file of history with it including the original log book, old MOT’s back to 1969, and bills from 1970 onwards.
It starts and drives really well, and is full of 1950’s style and character. Great fun for blasting around B-roads, with a lovely exhaust note.
