Please note our Triumph stock has undergone extensive restoration to high standards and cannot be compared to poor quality examples advertised cheaply elsewhere, which will require vast amounts of expenditure.
Ending a terrific line of models the TR6 finalised production in 1976 and all subsequent models like the TR7 had unfortunately lost the Sixties feel and looks of the original TR range. So the TR6 was the end of an era of iconic cars.
This example was produced in 1973 for the UK market as verified on the Heritage certificate
Restored from the chassis up, she presents well with excellent panel fit and gaps, having only covered around 10, 000 miles since the work all documented inc photos
The chassis is epoxy resin coated and much better than new, and all wheel arches, floorplans are finished In red as per the original build.
The restoration included engine to stage 2 performance, gas flowed head, lightened flywheel all by renowned Enginuity gearbox, axle and mechanical rebuild, thousands were spent and there is a very comprehensive history file
The suspension / brakes have been upgraded and she is poly bushed, Adjustable shockers, Bosch fuel pump, electric fan, Sports manifold and exhaust system high torque starter etc.
This is a mighty performer with the slick overdrive gearbox, meaning you can cruise at high speed without stress the upgrades improving the experience
