JK Iconic Cars are delighted to offer this outstanding Ford Escort RS Turbo Series 1, first registered on 1st April 1985 and presented in its original Diamond White (B3).
Having covered just 51, 000 miles from new, this is an exceptionally original example that has been carefully preserved throughout its life. First supplied by Johnston King Motors, Omagh, Northern Ireland, it has had only four owners from new and remarkably still retains its original registration number IJI 2900.
Finding a genuine, unspoilt Series 1 RS Turbo has become increasingly difficult, and we believe this is one of the most original examples available today.

As expected of a 41-year-old unrestored car, there are a few minor age-related imperfections. These include a couple of very small cracks in the dashboard, a few stone chips to the paintwork, and some light scratches on the inner door sills. These minor blemishes are entirely consistent with an original, well-preserved example and in no way detract from its overall presentation.
Mechanically, the car starts instantly, runs superbly and drives exactly as it should. It is ready to be enjoyed, whether for weekend drives, classic car shows or as an investment-grade addition to any Ford collection.
