An early model 260Z fresh from South California, having (from what we can see) the benefit of a rust free bodyshell with mostly original panels, with 2 visible areas of minor exterior damage which will repair easily. Unmolested and untouched engine bay bodywork, with the added bonus of £2000 worth of re-conditioned gearbox, diff, driveshafts and propshaft - mechanically excellent, and it still runs and drives.
Fitted with the desirable period modifications - the later more powerful 280ZX engine which runs sweetly, 240Z carbs and the UK spec 5 speed gearbox.
Needs painting and interior trimming, but otherwise offers lots of potential for the home restorer and one of the nicest LHD Z projects available in the UK.
