One of the last few remaining Citroen CX ATHENA cars offered for sale.
Bought new by me in 1980 and driven only by me over a total distance of 65, 000 miles. Otherwise covered and garaged.
Maintained and serviced by a Citroen Specialist garage on a regular basis.
All MOT, tax discs and service receipts since original purchase are held in a comprehensive binder and illustrate the complete history of this exceptional car. (In 1993 my local specialist garage fitted all new doors, boot lid, new front mouldings, roof trims and mirrors including sundries, and resprayed the car completely in its original factory approved colour. Cost £5, 000). In 1997 I replaced both front wings £950. In 2001 the CX had wax injection rustproofing and underbody wax coating at a cost of £300.
