Here for sale is a highly sought after Triump TR4, manufactured in 1964. Brought in brand new in that same year, this particular TR4 has only seen tropical weather its whole life and thus has avoided the harsh realities of a snow-ridden climate.
Running on a 2138cc inline-four engine and mated with a 4-speed synchromesh manual transmission, the later models of the TR4 were fed by Stromberg twin-carburetors instead of the previous SU carbs, changes were made to the brakes & suspensions as well over the years. Something to note, Triumph were constantly tweaking their cars for better performance and ride over the years. As a result, the later batches of similar models are more desirable from a mechanical standpoint.
This example of the beautiful TR4 was previously owned by an expatriate has who enjoyed it for the past 10 years and only recently, albeit reluctantly, decided to let go of this prized possession due to migration plans.
Interior wise, with it being fully original, reasonable wear & tear can be seen. There are a few cracks on the dashboard, two of the gauges are currently non-functional, the color has slightly faded off the seats over the years (no cracks), and it could use new carpets as well.
As for the exterior, minimal surface rust can be seen & a new coat of paint could be used. The headlights & taillights are in good condition with no stains or cracks. The car comes with a convertible soft-top and also a tonneau cover.
With that being said, this TR4 is going for a reasonable price whilst providing for plenty of leeway for future investment into the vehicle by its new keeper.

The car is in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It's a nice tropical climate and thus not prone to rust. Willing to ship to the UK or anywhere (can give a quote). We do buy cars from the UK from time to time so we can work out a good rate.
