EXTERIOR
The Calypso Red Metallic exterior paint is in what can only be described as new, as you would expect for a car that has only covered a mere 21, 000 miles. Benefitting from the highly desirable option of the factory fitted body kit including rear spoiler, make this example very unique indeed. The car has a factory fresh depth of shine and still retains a beautiful gloss to the lacquer. There is no rust, blemishes or scratches. Likewise, all light lenses and trim retain an as new appearance.
INTERIOR
The Grey Velvet is in as new condition throughout, absolutely no wear to be found. The carpet, trim, switches are as new. The seat bolsters are also completely unworn and are free from any scuffs or sagging. The dashboard and centre console are also in equally fine condition, with no cracks or sun damage to be found.
ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
This E34 is powered by the legendary BMW 2. 5-litre six-cylinder unit, mated to the four-speed automatic gearbox. This results in a silky-smooth drivetrain and this car is no exception. It performs perfectly and the car drives beautifully. Kick down works seamlessly when needed, with the automatic gearbox making light work of the operation. The engine still sounds tight and not run in upon starting the vehicle. The engine bay is completely original and again retains the appearance of a new car.
WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
The TD metric alloy wheels are in as new condition and are shod in a set of Dunlop TD tyres all with good tread. Having spent its life in Guernsey, this car has never seen salt and the wheel arches are as new, with the factory paint still looking completely fresh.
HISTORY
This E34 525i Saloon was first registered in August 1994 and has a complete BMW service history. The car comes with the original service book that is all stamped up, including a full service earlier this year at BMW. This car has therefore been maintained properly, even with the minimal mileage and this is evident in person. This car is ready to be enjoyed on our roads.
