Recently repatriated from Europe where it has been mainly dry stored for the last few years. This nice Stag is an older restoration that still presents well but does have some minor cosmetic issues. Benefiting from still having the correct Triumph V8 engine that starts easily and shows good oil pressure. The automatic gearbox selects nicely but the starter only engages in neutral not in park.
Underneath looks to be very good and there are what appear to be fairly recent Spax adjustable shocks with slightly lowered springs plus a stainless exhaust system.
The soft top roof looks like it was replaced recently and there is a good condition factory hard top with the car. The soft top frame does however have a broken weld at the front r/ h corner that will need attention to be fully functional.
Mileage is a showing a very low 63500 but unfortunately the transport company have lost all its papers and history ( V5 will need to be applied for) the Mot register does appear to back this up as far back as 2006 @ 58500 but you make your own mind up.
A nice car reasonably priced that will be an excellent investment for the future.
