With our ever changing stock or "Airhead" BMWs. It was inevitable that we'd take in a later "Oilhead" boxer.
This one arrived today, and is an absolute credit to its one and only owner.
The bike was supplied new by Coopers, the BMW main dealer in Sunderland,
It has covered just over 50k miles from new, with the only significant mechanical work being the not uncommon replacement of the rear differential bearings. As you'd expect, it runs and rides perfectly, and needs absolutely nothing.
Obvious extras include the Richa tail pack, Touratec rear carrier and small tail pack, Remus exhaust, K and N filter, carbon hugger, heated grips, etc, It's the non ABS model, so no worries there. Even the original first aid kit and tool kit are present.
We've yet to fully assess the bike, but it's WAY above average for these bikes, and the incredibly competitive price is NOT a reflection of its superb condition. Find another one owner 1200 GS in this condition and price !
