1979 V Austin Mini City 850 in lovely original condition. Due to this remarkable mini covering just 13600 miles in the last 38 years and being garaged from new it has stayed in ‘time warp’ condition. The original sills and wheel arch areas have been repainted but the main body is believed to be original. The interior is in remarkable condition and is all original. It has rubber floor covering front and rear which is secured done by poppers. I have never seen this before and it is all in undamaged condition. I was amazed at the performance of the mini as it accelerates up the road like a good 998 which I think is partly due to the lack of weight due to the simplicity of this model. It starts instantly and ticks over quietly as a good 850 should! Due to the condition and originality it has been featured in Mini Magazine headed ‘Factory Fresh’ . I have a nice history file for the car which supports the mileage and recent work done. It has had all new brakes and tyres while being serviced.
