This pretty Morris 8 Series 1 has been owned by a local enthusiast since 1989 and he has cherished it and maintained it to a high standard. There is a thorough history file showing constant upkeep and care including a light bodywork overhaul some years ago.
It has the famous 918cc sidevalve, four cylinder engine with a three speed gearbox. The body work is very clean and presentable with just a few blemishes to show its age. The sunroof works as does the rear luggage rack. Inside the rear seats and door cards are original and the front seats have been completely rebuilt and look superb. The headlining has been replaced at some stage.
The Morris starts immediately and has a sweet engine. It had a new clutch some time, but not many miles, ago, the brakes have been rebuilt, king pins have been replaced and the half shafts have been changed for better ones.
