EQUIPMENT
15-inch BBS cross-spoke alloy wheels, on-board computer, power steering, switchable automatic gearbox, electric windows, electric mirrors, sunroof, central locking, cassette/ radio, tool kit, spare key, owner's manuals.
EXTERIOR
The Diamond Black Metallic exterior paint is in what can only be described as show condition, as you would expect for a car that has recently been renovated. The whole car has a "wet-look" to the lacquer and polishes to a beautiful finish. There is no rust, blemishes or scratches. Likewise, all light lenses and trim retain a fresh appearance.
INTERIOR
The Charcoal Cloth is in equally as wonderful of a condition throughout, with minimal wear to be found. The carpet, trim, switches are in wonderful order. The seat bolsters are also in great condition and are free from any scuffs or sagging. The dashboard and centre console are also in equally fine condition, with no cracks or sun damage to be found. The rear seats look like they have never been used and are therefore in wonderful condition.
ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
This E28 is powered by BMW's M-Division 3. 4-litre six-cylinder unit, mated to the four-speed automatic gearbox. This results in a silky-smooth drivetrain and this car is no exception. It performs perfectly and the car drives beautifully. Kick down works seamlessly when needed, with the automatic gearbox making light work of the operation. The engine is extremely quiet and idles beautifully. The engine bay is in an original state and matches the rest of this immaculate example perfectly.
WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
The 15-inch BBS cross-spoke alloy wheels are in wonderful condition and are shod in a set of tyres all with good tread.
HISTORY
This E28 M535i was first registered in May 1985 and comes with lots of old MOTs, invoices and a stamped service book, supporting this vehicle's mileage and history. This car has therefore been maintained properly. Viewing of this vehicle is highly recommended as there cannot be many examples like this. This car is ready to be enjoyed on our roads.
