Corvette author Tom Falconer purchased dismantled in January 2016 and his Claremont Corvette started total NCRS restoration. Chassis blasted, etch-blacked painted, Waxoyled, suspension rebushed, new shocks , rebuilt steering box, new brake and fuel lines fitted. 37828780 cylinder block with cast date E173, May 17th 1963, stamped , rebuilt and balanced Corvette City in Denver CO with correct 3782461 big-valve 300hp heads shipped to Snodland
Original body tub, with rust-free birdcage trial-fitted to the now rolling chassis with replacement fibreglass panels imported from ACI and Lee Bumb aligned and bonded on.
New Lectric Limited wiring loom fitted, repainted original Tuxedo Black , MoT tested and UK registered XIL 6112 October 2019 at 19, 245 miles. Run-in and refined for 600 miles topless, no interior or emblems
NCRS judged 11. 1. 2020 82. 9% 3rd Flight. Interior etc fitted and NCRS 12. 9. 2020 86. 7% 2nd Flight
New Coffman top and frame fitted, and GM NOS exterior emblems and NCRS-correct Firestone Deluxe Champions 18. 9. 2021 94. 3% Top Flight.
