willys jeep ford gpw , part exchange considered , UK registered , tax and mot exempt, evidence of a few body patches done many years ago, it has a lovely old barn find patina , its a nice early ford body tub with the square tool box recesses and the razor shell scallops down the side, the chassis is nice and solid, recent new silencer, wiring loom, battery, h/ brake cable and brakes , dynamo, fuel lines etc, came over in the war on the lend lease system and stayed in the British army until released for civilian ownership sometime in the mid 50s, was in the 56th London division, still retains most of its early ford parts , registered for the road with v5 present, all runs and drives, can be road tested and inspected on the 4 post rampthis stands out from most jeeps as its got more originality and history than most and has a lovely old patina, lots of original scripted ford stamped original parts still remaining , even the scripted f market back seat and that's very very rare indeed , nice old British Army fittings like the butler lights on the front wings, original convoy light up under the rear shining at the white painted diff cover, British shovel relocated lift handles on the tub, British army bonnet number etc , this one also has a wartime field modification to the drivers seat frame giving better leg room for tall or oversized or elderly drivers, some old body tub repairs but its solid enough and can be left as is or restored, chassis is good and i have oiled it for preservation
