Description
Jaguar 420 1967 4. 2ltr. power steering The car has had 4 previous owners and has it's original buff log book. The car starts on the button and drive very well, smooth and very powerful. The brakes are spot on as they are all new. The brake lines, flexibles, callipers, discs and pads have all been replaced and the master cylinder has just been rebuilt. The whole system flushed through and refilled with new brake fluid. Since 2016 up to date the car has received an extensive amount of work all carried out by Butlin & Sons Classic Cars of Swadlincote, Derbyshire. The money spent is in excess of £15. 000. 00 including body work, chassis work, suspension, new shocks, power steering rebuilt, over drive rebuilt, engine, including cam shafts and chains, new wiring loom, stainless steel exhaust system, ceramic headers, polished cam covers, the list is extensive but well worth the read. All receipts included. The body work is very straight without any dents. There are a couple of minor paint blemishes. Interior is very nice indeed in cream leather.
The woodwork would benefit from a re-varnish.
Chrome is good all round.
All keys and locks work including the fuel caps. Full Jaguar tool kit in the boot with the spare wheel and jack. Spare wheel is colour coded to match. Very clean and presentable under the bonnet.
The whole car is just lovely to drive or ride in as a passenger.
I would be happy to PX a car or motorcycle cash either way.
Viewing welcome.
