For Sale: Jan 1979 MGB roadster, 2 owners with a genuine 46k on the clock. I’m selling this lovely MGB on behalf of a friend’s mother whose husband sadly passed away earlier this year. This was his pride and joy. Two owner car, in fact he bought it off his neighbour and kept it in his neighbor’s garage too! Beautiful unmolested unrestored example. Ziebart treated from new which seems to have kept all the usual rust and rot at bay. Factory overdrive. Original soft top and glass all round. Unusual hardtop purchased from a company called Omnibob in the North West in 1979. Loads of history/ receipts/ mot certificates that back up the mileage.
It has been parked up for the last 7 years but was recommissioned in March 2023.
MOT till April 2024. Since the MOT the car has has the dual carbs tuned and has been on a long run to clear out the cobwebs and now runs beautifully.
