I have owned the Elan for 25 years, and it has always been garaged. Selling now as no longer use it so much. The car has numerous upgrades including:- AP Four Pot Calipers and Disks at front, The rear brakes are PMN Kit upgraded. Stainless flexible brake hoses through out. All water hoses replaced with silicone hoses. New aluminium radiator, just fitted. The car comes with Lotus American specification 16 inch wheels. The original 15 inch wheels will come with the car. Honda S2000 seats fitted in grey and red as I found these better for my back. The original seats that came with the car and have been re- upholstered in grey with red piping will come with the car. The hood and seals are in good condition with no holes in the roof. There is a wind deflector fitted. There are two shower capes that will be included. One is a genuine Lotus one, the other we had custom made. New windscreen recently fitted due to stone chip. The car has a current MOT and has been regularly serviced by a local Lotus Specialist Purbeck Sportscars. The Elan has been a fantastic car. I have driven it to France, Germany and Belgium. The car makes a great touring car with large boot space. So much larger than the Elise. The hood goes up easily, in a few seconds. People often remark when I am in petrol stations and car parks, what a special car it is. I am sad to sell it, but I just not using it now I am getting older.
