I've owned the Riley for 10 years and been a member of the Riley owners club throughout.
The car was purchased having had the engine overhauled with new bearings. The vinyl roof had been recovered as well as the roof headlining being replaced.
As a retired motor engineer I have maintained and improved the car myself. This has included:
Replaced the fuel tank sender unit
Rebushed the rear springs
Fitted new electric fuel pump
Brake system overhauled and now servo assisted
Replaced sump oil baffle
Professionally re-trimmed all seats in original green leather
... to name but a few.
Whilst in my possession, the car has been MOT'd every year with the current certificate running until August 2024.
The body work is in great condition and during my time the car has been sparingly used on dry days only.
All the gauges are in working order and the engine keeps good oil pressure.
The car comes with the original logbook.
I'm reluctantly selling the car to make way for a new project.
