This 1962 Galaxy Wagon is the coolest surf mobile.
Believe it or not, structurally she is an absolute rust free Texas import with the most amazing patina.
She has full 4 corner airride lifted by one large air tank hidden under the rear floor. When she's laid down she sits on the floor and when raised she lifts a nice 5 or 6 inches.
She was built some 15 years or so ago, so really has been built well. She drives well and handles good.
Just had a full service, new front brakes and a new clutch.
The engine is the original super strong straight six that most wagons left the factory with, mounted to a 3 speed manual.
I have owned her over 2 years now but just dont have time for her at the moment...
If you want a car that is going to make people look, then your probably looking at the right one as where ever she goes she causes far more attention than any super car ever could... A cool cruiser and a huge barrel of fun for not a great deal of money.. Her uniqueness is explained in the photos.
