Description

1998 CC 4 Cylinder Single OHC 125 bhp Rear axle is De Dion Bouton. Converted to an Historic Appendix K international rally car in 1990 to full works “Monte Carlo” specification.

Previous owners include Terry Thorpe who won the Motoring News series as a co-driver in 1977. Has competed in numerous Historic Rallys and has two boxes of paperwork.

For Sale as my circumstances have changed and I'll be spending time hillclimbing my Sprite rather than Historic Rallying the Rover as I had planned. The car is driven every month and went to the NEC in March and Gaydon in April, but not used competively for a few years. Needs a little TLC which is reflected in the price. Happy to entertain offers but come and see it first.
