In Tahiti Blue, genuine 44876 miles backed up by a full service history (fully stamped book and bills) and MOT certificates from the first to date and with a new advisory-free MOT. Two previous owners (the selling garage then one month later the first private owner), all handbooks and receipts for work and the original bill of sale. The cambelt and water pump were done approx 4000 miles ago but as this was 2013(!) I have redone the cambelt. It has also has a new starter, battery, one rear brake cylinder, a cam cover gasket and oil and filter. It had a new head gasket in 2008 at approx 28, 000 miles. The tyres have done few miles and look almost new, no cracks or splits, but they are 10 years old so the next owner may wish to replace them. The original radio/ cassette with code is fitted and works well. It has been rustproofed in the fairly recent past with a clear/ light brown wax which is what you can see in the pictures of the wheel arches and underside, the brown isn't surface rust. All the wheel arches are good. The paint is in good condition; no scuffs or damage to the bumpers although they have faded. The car drives well as you would expect with under 45k on it, returns 45-50mpg on a run and 35-40 around town. It doesn't overheat and the cooling fans kick in as they should. I would have no concerns driving it any distance. This was an impulsive purchase last year as I was impressed by the history and condition but although it is a good, reliable car I haven't really gelled with it, too modern for me I think. So I have not used it much preferring my other older cars and I have just bought what I should have got in the first place, a 1967 Austin 1100.
