Ultra rare Subaru Leone 4x4 estate for sale.
It drives well, although it does need the carb setting up properly. I have ordered an electronic ignition kit and will try and fit this and give the carb a service before it goes. Once this is done I have no doubt it'd drive you home without an issue, it feels very stable on the road.
It's very solid or a 70's Japanese car, likely due to it spending the first portion of it's life in Australia. A couple of small patches on the floor pan but luckily the underside hasn't been under sealed so you can clearly see it's condition. The sills are in great shape. Overall it's very very good on the underside.
Engine, gearbox, brakes, clutch, suspension, heating, and electrics are all working as they should.
The 4x4 system is also working fine.
The car would be best suited to someone who appreciates the patina and wants to keep it original, personally I think it would be sacrilege to paint it, it just looks so cool as it is.
It's registered as a historic vehicle so not tax or MOT required.
