1968 Sunbeam Imp Stiletto Coupe build on the Rootes factory!
Only 4735 cars where made in 68/ 69 and this is from 8/ 2-1968 and therefore one of the first Stiletto car to be produced.
This car was sold new in Denmark, only 4 Stiletto`s was sold here and this car was used for rallying and sprints in the 70s.
Later in the 90s the car was then converted to a Historic App. K car with a semi race 998cc engine with twin Weber DCOE 40s, close ratio Straight cut gearbox, full roll cage and lightweight fiberglass bonnet and boot lid.
The car show a great patina and should not be considered a trailer queen but a genuine racecar with scars and signs of a great life of the racetracks through its life.
