LINK MOTORS PALERMO LIBERTA' offers for sale an extremely rare Alfa Romeo Montreal, only 3925 cars produced worldwide and very few in the rare colour Nero 901. An Italian car that was never exported, it was struck off the road for lack of use and sold to its current owner, who re-registered it in 1991 and subjected it to careful restoration work, both in terms of the bodywork, which was totally repainted, and the mechanics, which was always painstaking and never spared no expense.

In fact, the vehicle was entrusted to the expert hands of the AFRA company in Milan (specialising in Alfa Romeos with over 70 years' experience) whose 2002 and 2016 receipts have been jealously preserved to this day by the owner. The mechanical work involved replacing all the engine gaskets, all the filters, all the fluids, the timing chain, the front gearbox bell and the injectors; in addition to reconditioning the thermostat, the SPICA mechanical injection pump and the fully functional electrical system; a great deal of gruelling work that required a great deal of patience and almost 60 hours of professional and specialist labour to make the car safe and reliable; a due act to honour this marvel conceived by the best of Alfa Romeo industry of the time.
Once the mechanical overhaul was completed, the car was returned to Sicily, lovingly kept in an indoor garage and always under cover, preserved with routine maintenance when necessary. The bodywork of the vehicle shows only slight physiological imperfections that are almost invisible, but no deformation or traces of rust passing through.
Similarly, the beautiful ORIGINARY interiors (fabric/ sky black blend for the front seats, with only one removable original headrest) such as the dashboard, plastics, panels, are intact, well-preserved and show no obvious signs of wear; only the gearstick and handbrake covers show small tears.
Used for some time for rallies and meetings of enthusiasts, it is now made available as it is no longer used. ASI silver as it is re-registered.
