Purchased privately from a former keeper who owned the car since 1992 and did a comprehensive rebuild .
Beautifully finished in British Racing green with correct beige grill and interior leather trim
This car starts instantly and runs very well with 45 psi oil pressure. It has the proper dynamo which charges nicely and keeps the original style battery fully charged.
The motor is fitted with electronic ignition which is in the distributor to keep the appearance as original as possible.
I have completely rebuilt all the brakes including master and all wheel cylinders along with new rear wheel bearings. All the oils have been changed this year.
Everything works apart from the electric clock which is available readily.
All the weather equipment is in as new condition including the side screens which have a tailor made holding bag.
The tyres are firestones in excellent order with perfect steel wheels.
In the toolbox is a full tool roll with proper black spanners.
There is a lever arch file with the original logbook and tax discs, old MoT’s and other paperwork, receipts and info with a workshop manual.
The cylinder head is converted for unleaded fuel and E5 is used presently
