• Drives very well - engine has good oil pressure and compression

• Replacement radiator fitted
• Solid underneath - no rust on subframes, box sections, floorplans, sills
• Interior almost like new
• No rips, tears or burns to upholstery
• Seat frames in excellent condition with no sagging
• No holes or rips in headlining
• Never been welded
• Immobiliser fitted
• Serviced last year including oil and filter change, fresh brake fluid and antifreeze - very little mileage covered since
• Always run on quality super unleaded petrol with a lead additive
• No sunroof, therefore no leaks
Bad bits:
• Paintwork very good, but some rust evident - mainly on front wings and bottom of passenger door
• Some surface rust around wheel arches
• Some surface rust underneath in places
• Some scratches and minor parking dents as per a vehicle of this age
• No stamped service history
Please see photos for detail on rust spots. All the rust is purely cosmetic; there is no structural rust on the vehicle. It has never been welded, nor will it require any welding.
I have owned this Metro for the last 6 years; I am only selling as I have bought another classic car. Always garaged with a car cover; never used in the wet.
A very straight honest Metro which just needs some tidying up. Currently SORNed as I am now using my new classic car, but still perfectly roadworthy.
No swaps or part exchanges.
