I’ve owned my Pilot for three years and loved it . But I have too many cars and not quite enough space, so something has to go. Sadly, it’s this car, as I use it the least.
It’s in great all round condition and perfectly useable. I have replaced all the brake linings with the correct material and refurbished the wheel cylinders. The battery is recent and I also fitted a new fuel pump last year.
It’s in very original condition with fascinating period features such as the working trafficators.
It’s not in concours condition but it presents very well and always attracts attention and favourable comments at car shows. Great fun to drive, with huge amounts of space inside. The car was subject to an older restoration, having spent some of its life in Scotland after being re-imported from S. Africa in the late 1980s. It's had only modest use in the last few years.
A useable piece of history in an appealing colour. It comes with a folder full of memorabilia.
