1972 Triumph GT6 MK3, Manual + Overdrive
Full Body Off Restoration finished in 2023 only 50 miles ago.
Selling on behalf of a friend and I can honestly say this is probably one of the best examples you will find. There will be tons of missing information but here’s a snippet below.

Mechanical:
Full Rebuilt engine, only done 50 miles, still needs running in.
Balanced, re ground crank. Balanced bottom end with AP racing conrod bolts, AP head studs and nuts. Headwork carried out for unleaded fuel. Fast road cam [Newman] New aluminium Radiator. Duplex timing chain, new cam followers. New rocker shaft with phosphor bronze rocker bearings. External oil supply to head. New electronic distributor. New aluminium Radiator. New stainless steel exhaust.
All transmission components rebuilt. Gearbox, Overdrive, Differential, Prop shaft, Driveshafts. New clutch. All brakes done, new lines. Aeroquip hoses. AP 3x servo fitted. New battery, lights, fusebox, new combined oil pressure / water temp gauge.
4 Speed + Overdrive.
Body:
Complete body off rebuild, soda blasted shell, undersealed, then painted. Body later stripped back to bare metal, and re painted in desired colour, Seat Mystic Blue. All chassis components stripped repaired then painted. All suspension blasted then powder coated.
New bushes fitted. New adjustable gas shock absorbers fitted with new springs, and front camber altered to half degree negative camber.
Steering rack rebuilt with new track rod ends. New wishbone joints fitted.
All chrome either replaced or re plated. Wheels refurbished. Many fixings in stainless steel. Wax oil injected.
Interior:
Seats rebuilt with new foam and trimmed in leather. Alcantara headlining New carpet Original steering wheel retrimmed in leather. Walnut dash fitted. Circa 1970s radio altered to receive FM fitted.
