Here we have a 1965 VW Splitscreen Campervan with a full original Canterbury Pitt Interior complete with table and door gas stove, lots of storage under seats and across the back and overhead locker.
The retro feel this camper has is amazing as soon as you pop your head inside it has that vintage vibe you can only get from a classic, the interior is from a by gone era and is still very functional. We have taken this VW all over the UK and have enjoyed every moment, camping and showing at Volkswagen shows.
Mechanically this camper van is the best van I’ve ever driven, The upgrades to the camper make it a dream to drive. The 1600 twin port pulls well and sounds great, easily cruising on motorways with modern traffic.
The paint is beautiful on the camper with all the engine bay also being sprayed, as well as the underneath! There are a few small paint chips not very noticeable overall in amazing condition, fuel gauge needs looking at. Inside outside and underneath fantastic.
