Description
Extremely rare 1933 Triumph Silent Scout Model A 549cc, manufactured in very low numbers between 1932-33, only a handful of these are known to exists.
In as found condition, the engine turns over, all gears select and clutch engages/ disengages, serial numbers are correct with matching front and rear frame numbers, very original complete with the Triumph patented “clean handlebars” with twist throttle and ignition, Bowden carburettor, etc, etc.
This machine has been parked up since the late 1980s, and as such several items have gone missing, the most obvious being the rear mudguard end section
Complete with original Buckinghamshire registration number, (fully transferable), V5c, copies of the 1933 sales brochure, parts list and real classic magazine featuring the Silent Scout Model A road test.
