My lovely 1965 Mercedes 230SL is for sale. I’ve owned her 3 years and in that time have spent approx £10k on mechanical work to bring her up to a great level so it can be used daily.
The bodywork is lovely and perhaps in a couple of years would probably benefit with some work.
Interior is great and useable. If you want a perfect car then this would be almost £60k. Mine is honest, straightforward and has made me smile for 3 summers.
Only reason I’m selling is because I have found another project I want to get stuck on to.
And finally, I’ve sadly had some dreamers come by. Please only do call if you’d like to buy an honest car. The colour is the main reason I bought this car. The beautiful red paintwork has been treated with a professional polish and ceramic coating.
The tyres are proper Pirelli Cienturo’s and even has the period correct Becker Radio.
