Description
A very early Hinckley Triumph number 203, with a build date of April 1991. she has had 6 previous keepers, one who had her in a museum for a number of years. She has been recommissioned and is like a brand new 35 year old bike, rides and feels like a modern bike and is fast as she has the early 144bhp engine, she also has Tokico 6 pot calipers on the front which means she stops and well as she takes off!.
List of work done:
Front and rear wheels re powder coated, new bearings fitted and new battlex tires fitted.
Forks - new seals and progressive springs fitted
Front and rear calipers stripped and re built
Head Stock bearing re greased
Carbs stripped, cleaned rebuilt and new jets.
Engine, valve shims checked and replaced as needed, full coolant flush, oil and filter replaced and changed again after 200 miles to ensure running perfect, new plugs, air filter, engine cases re power coated, oil cooler new cooler pipes manufactured for her.
Swinging arm out and serviced all bearings replaced re packed with grease including drop link etc, new YSS shock installed.
fixings including engine mounts re plated to the yellow as correct at manufacture.
Original MOTAD exhausts (hens teeth).
All in all a very sorted and fun fast 90's Triumph, please message for anymore information. Getting very rare these days, and to find such an early bike with many original parts. For a 35 year old bike she will keep up with modern bikes.
