I am offering a Jaguar E-Type Series 1 Coupé (not the 2+2) from a private collection.
It was imported back to Europe from the USA in the 1970s and comes with current EU registration documents.
Original 1970s paperwork and a Heritage Certificate are also included.
It has a 4, 2 Ltr Engine in it with 4 Speed Overdrive Transmission !!
The car was converted into a semi-race car early on, featuring upgrades such as improved suspension, triple twin-choke Weber carburetors, and a tubular exhaust manifold.
It is also fitted with a set of super-rare, brand-new 7x15 Revolution alloy wheels shod with Yokohama semi-slick tires.
The E-Type runs and drives—starting immediately—but is not currently road-legal (though a short test drive is possible).
The braking system requires inspection, as does the electrical system—specifically the headlights, turn signals, and brake lights (front and rear).
However, many parts have been replaced in recent years:
- Bodywork: All-metal construction (no fiberglass parts)
- New aluminum radiator (original also included)
- New alloy wheels
- New battery
- Various new suspension and brake components
- Glass in perfect condition
- Sports exhaust
- Original wood-rimmed steering wheel
