Hello, L'atelier des 1000 presents this Renault 4L GTL for sale in a beautiful colour configuration with this slate blue colour and its black blue interior with red motif. Designed to compete with the 2cv by replacing the famous 4cv, the R4 immediately won over its public and was produced for more than 30 years.
The model we are offering was delivered new to the Creuse region of France and is one of the last examples to be produced. It is a millesime 93, registered on 02/ 11/ 1992 and has only had 3 previous owners. The vehicle underwent a major restoration a few years ago and has not been driven much since. The paintwork has been redone and is looking good, shiny and even. The bodywork and window seals have been replaced on occasion. The underpinnings are perfectly sound and the chassis free of perforating corrosion. The upholstery looks very good, the roof lining is in perfect condition and the interior as a whole is harmonious and in keeping with the model. The steering wheel and dashboard are in very good condition and the instrumentation is functional. Mechanically, the car starts easily, without noise or smoke, and has full power. The engine compartment is neat.
The engine compartment is well cared for. The gearbox is smooth, guides well and does not stick. As regards the running gear, the steering is pleasant and the braking balanced. The 4 tyres have recently been replaced. The vehicle has its service book, its 3 keys and also its original jack and crank. A battery isolator has been fitted.
