2017 Bowler Bulldog Desert Spec Chassis Number 001
On offer is the first N1 registered Bowler Bulldog for customer use. Shown in the car by the plate numbered 001. Fully road legal Uk registered Bowler Bulldog that can be used on public roads.

The Bulldog follows in succession from the memorable Nemesis EXR-S and the Wildcat before it, a succession of race vehicles that have successfully competed in the World toughest races, such as the Dakar, The Silk Way Rally and the Eco Race.
"The Bulldog was the first car to use Bowler's Cross Sector Platform 'CSP' chassis which was designed and built in-house. Attached to the frame of which are modified Range Rover Sport subframes, all-independent suspension (some links of which are also sourced from the Range Rover Sport parts bin)."

The Bulldog power train incorporates an unrestricted JLR 3. 0-litre TDV6 engine, which is coupled to a ZF eight-speed automatic transmission, the latter featuring a torque bias centre differential and a Gripper limited-slip differential. The Compomotive Wheels are shod with BF Goodrich tyres, and there is accommodation for three spare wheels (Desert Pack). Disc brakes are fitted all round, vented at the front. The chassis features underside protection with steering and differential guards and nylon protection for the lower suspension arms. There is also a built-in hydraulic jacking system with bash guard. Other safety features include a battery isolator; life hammer; warning triangle and SOS board. The vehicle also comes with a full tool kit; safety kit and vehicle repair kit; sand mat rack and mats; two shovels; two storage boxes; air compressor; tyre inflator; tow rope; spill kit; helmet net; jump leads; GPS mounts; water containers; and rear mud flap retaining straps.
This particular Bowler Bulldog has been very well prepared to full 'Dakar' specification and has covered just over 10, 000 kilometres from new, it was prepped and raced by Desert Foxx Overland Specialists in Belgium. Who ran and prepared a number of these vehicles and had the most success with them. The vehicle did the Tunisia Desert Challenge which was a rally raid event. The car has then been dry stored for the last 2 years but it now fully prepared and race ready.
The eligible events also include the Touareg, Morocco Desert Challenge, The Portuguese Off Road Championship, the Spanish Off Road Championship as well as a whole host of French and UK series.
This particular car has been used sparingly and run by the highly respected Desert Fox team based in Belgium. Supplied new in 'desert spec' it has the three spares, on board compressor and 221 litre fuel cell plus air intake modifications etc BUT importantly it has had the all important Intrax suspension upgrade as well as individual hydraulic jacks to replace the sand lift it had when new. It has further had intake and other heat / dust management modifications developed by Desert Fox whilst they ran multiple Bulldogs in Rally Raid events such as the MDC. All mechanicals have been 'life' managed professionally and the vehicle is 'race ready' and can be supplied with a comprehensive key spares package which is also in 'life'.
Direct from the original owner who purchased the Bulldog from Bowler new, and it has been maintained by Desert Fox in Belgium. The vehicle also has the Intrax Extreme suspension upgrade as a common issue with the early Bulldogs was the uprights failed. This modification was done by Desert Fox.
The vehicle also comes with a comprehensive spares package, a list can be sent to any seriously interested buyer which includes a Garrett mono turbo, differentials and lots of other useful items, the package is worth around £17, 000.
