We are the second owner of this immaculate example. I purchased the car from the original lady owner in June 2015 and then mechanically rebuilt it myself to a show winning standard (the car had only covered 800 miles in the previous 5 years). We have detailed photographic and written evidence of all the work carried out and the car will be sold with a substantial history file.
The car has covered 34, 500 miles and is literally in as new condition. We have all the documentation from new with the car, including the original bill of sale.
The car is well known around the Jaguar scene in the uk and is a rare oppurtunity to purchase such an example in this condition.
SHOW HISTORY:
The was featured in the April 2016 edition of the Jaguar Enthusiasts Club magazine as "Another Great Find". This was a lengthy article covering the rebuild.
May 2016 Jaguar Enthusiast Club Cotswold event. The car won best saloon in concours.
June 2016 voted best car in show at JEC event at RAF Duxford.
September 2016 JEC Ripley castle event, 2nd place in concours.
May 2017 JEC Royal Windsor event. The car featured in the castle parade and was later shown on the club web site as having one of the top five engine bays at the event.
July 2017 voted car of the month at my regional JEC club.
September 2017 JEC Hull national event. The car won the judges choice for best in show.
