Jaguar XJ6 4. 2 Engine Auto Gearbox Refurbished Carburettors Motor XJ 6 SS100 E C D
This Jag XJ6 straight six 4. 2 litre engine has been refurbished with many new internal components and has been cosmetically restored to a high standard by its retired motor engineer owner who had hoped to install it in a SS100 replica he planned on building for himself. Would be suitable to install in a XJ6 or XJC or a SS100, E C or D Type replica project or Daimler Saloons of the period. Save yourself money, time and hassle.
Genuine Jaguar engine overhauled with 3 speed automatic gearbox.
Engine Number - 8L75269-S
The engine has had new piston rings, shells and main bearings and big end shells.
The cylinder head has new inlet and exhaust valves and springs.
Two new camshafts new cam chains and tensioners.
Cylinder head nuts rechromed, it has twin carburettors and starter motor attached.
These are very rare refurbished and complete in useable condition, a useful and superb addition to your motor car or project.
This engine and gearbox is heavy so collection via Van or Trailer would be preferred, we can assist with this and could maybe put it on a pallet, we could also possibly deliver this item for a additional charge. I will accept cash on collection or bank transfer for this item.
