Our devastatingly pretty series one Elan Turbo SE looks stunning in de-rigueur Lotus Red and has been enthusiast owned from new, covering a mere 57, 000 miles over the last 28 years. Mr John Nicolson ordered her on the 1st August 1991 from Mann Egerton of London and subsequently cherished her for nearly 20 years. Paul A Woodall took over as custodian for the following five years, followed by another Lotus enthusiast, Nicky Kaye Fletcher, who remains on the current V5. She is in superb condition throughout and has a bespoke charcoal grey, part leather sports interior with electric windows, mirrors and central locking. Her record of history is impeccable with a thick file chronologically ordered from day one, a fully stamped Service book, all original handbooks, original bill of sale and all V5 copies for each owner. You could dine off her engine bay and boot area, with the latter still containing a full Lotus tool kit. She drives beautifully with unsurpassed handling and particularly lively turbo charged power delivery. All maintenance schedules have been fastidiously adhered to and she breathes through a full stainless steel exhaust system. Her increasing rarity and pure driving pleasure ensure a shrewd future investment.
