1970 MK 3 Austin Mini Cooper 1275 S in factory bronze yellow with navy blue interior trim. This very bright and clean example was owned by the Mini Cooper Registrar for the Mini Cooper Owners Club who represents the MK 3 Cooper S minis. He restored the car in 2014 and gave it a bare shell repaint and rebuilt the car to the standard you see today. It has its original body as the FE body number matches the build date of the car. It is very original with its hydrolastic suspension, 10 inch steel wheels and correct exterior and interior details. I understand that the engine was rebuilt in 2012 around 5000 miles ago and it runs very well pulling strongly through the gears. It is a mildly tuned 1275 S engine with a polished cylinder head, HS4 carburettors running through an RC40 exhaust and K and N air filters. When I bought the car it was on wider 10 inch Rose Petal wheels on Yokohama tyres and these are available to go on the car if required. It was featured in the Auto Car Magazine back in 1973 when it was tested for a used car review. The magazine is with the history file. The history file also shows the past owners of the car as well as the rebuild receipts. There are gaps in the history so the mileage can not be guaranteed.
