Austin Healey 100/ 6 BN4, year 1959. Chassis (VIN) number BN4-LO/ 753XX, engine number 26D-RU-H/ 753XX, body number 1033X. Matching numbers, a Heritage certificate to confirm this is present. Colour Colorado red over crème white. Black leather interior, black carpet, black mohair soft-top and side-screens. This wonderful Austin Healey 100-SIX is a BN4 ‘four-seater’ model powered by a delightful six cylinder in-line engine. The car was sold new in New York, USA. The car was extensively restored and overhauled in the Netherlands about ten years ago. The work was carried meticulously, a photo report is present which gives splendid insight in the restoration process. Everything was restored and / or overhauled, of course including the engine, gearbox, overdrive, dashboard gauges, wiring loom etcetera. This gorgeous ‘Big Healey’ is in superb TOP condition, near concours!
The car shows all the original details and it features wonderful chrome wire wheels with chrome ‘knock-off’ wheel nuts and overdrive. The car was serviced and maintained by Altena Classic Service over the last years. This very fine Austin Healey is ready to be enjoyed to the fullest by a new enthusiast owner!
