2001 X Rover Mini Cooper Sport 500 in rare Anthracite and Silver. This is one of the last 500 minis ever made and has a glove box plaque and certificate to support this. It also has the Cooper Sport 500 gift pack which is rarely seen. It has the factory upgrade Rover CD radio which is a popular option. It was bought new and owned for the first 19 years by the same owner. It has had 2 owners from new. The history file is very complete with the original bill of sale, original hand over paperwork, past MOT’s and evidence of 14 services in just 31350 miles. Due to being over serviced it drives very well and feels quiet, smooth and very nice to drive. The gearbox is excellent and the engine pulls strongly through the revs making to great fun to drive. It has recently had 4 new Yokohama tyres which always add to the driving experience and comfort. The interior is original and immaculate showing how careful the owners have been to look after this special mini. The wind screen is showing delimitation on the edges which could be changed but it does have the Cooper Sport 500 chassis number etched into it so I have left this in place as it is only a cosmetic imperfection. The underside has been lightly waxoiled to protect it for the future. The Cooper Sport 500s are being snapped up by car collectors as they are the stand out investment choice.
