A beautiful 1938 Austin Big Seven 4-door saloon in very good condition. An older restoration, this little Austin runs superbly. Without any doubt whatever, the best driving Seven I have ever come across.
The little side valve engine has a period SU carb conversion giving it surprisingly sprightly performance. It steers and brakes well and changes up and down the gears exactly as it should.
The interior has been fully refitted out, and is in excellent condition. Paintwork and bodywork good, and with slight age related imperfections which don't in any way detract from its lovely condition. A book with a photographic record of the restoration work comes with the car.
For enjoying, and taking proudly to shows, this Big Seven comes highly recommended.
